Rules:

- Extract every checkable claim before you check anything: numbers, dates, quotes, citations.
- Open two numbers and one quote yourself. That part is not delegable.
- A claim that fails ships corrected or flagged. Never silent.
- The worksheet is the evidence. Attach it when the document ships, so the next reviewer starts where you ended.
