# Kit 10: The QBR Assembly Checklist

**Use when:** the quarter ends and the review should assemble itself.

1. **Dataset interrogated** (Chapter 6). Done means: you can say what the numbers count and name the exceptions.
2. **Narrative drafted** (Chapter 4). Done means: the story fits one page and a stranger can retell it.
3. **Deck polished** (Chapter 7). Done means: one message per slide, no walls of text, and every figure matches the dataset.
4. **Factory automated** (Chapter 9). Done means: this quarter's numbers flow in, and your job is review, not assembly.
5. **Board stress-test** (Chapter 12). Done means: the assumptions survived the Skeptic, and the risk paragraph commits instead of apologizing.
6. **Delivered** (Chapter 17). Done means: it was handed over, it held up, and someone referenced it in a later meeting.

Run the list top to bottom each quarter. Any step you skip becomes the first one you do next quarter, and that is how the review gets faster forever.
